This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered by and between ________________ (“Landlord”) and ____________________________ (“Tenant”) on ______________, 20___ .. Landlord and Tenant may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.” This Lease creates joint and several liability in the case of multiple Tenants.
